Soiffee Pluviose

In 1978-79 I visited Haiti and purchased a painting by S. Pluvoise.

It is a dark painting mainly in grays, with the most beautiful moonlight and turquoise in the sky. It is a collection of sailboats, people and shacks at the shore.

It is signed by S.pluvoise, Pt-Au-Pe.

Any idea of vlaue?
