I purchased an original by Eddy Moise in Haiti in 1980 It is 54 by 45 of a scene I saw traveling on a bus tour. It is great & I always get comments about it, Have wanted to know about the artist & if he is still painting.

I have reciently come into possision of a oil painting signed Eddy Moise with no date. The canvas is also signed by the same painter on the back. It is obvious from the canvas it was painted on that it is at least 35 years old.
I have found little on the net about this painter who may just be the "Jean Eddy Moise" I have found so far.
Does anyone have any information about this artist and where I can find example of the persons work.
It is a great oil of a ocean with sail boats and the sky is a sunset of a storm.
Anything to lead me to and find out who this painter was as the work is truly beautiful.
